We will be showcasing many different ways to use our blends like this great way to use the Sweet Treat as part of a quick and easy spiced apple and sultana pie.

We’ve left it open top to use a little less pastry and allow for ice cream or custard to be poured right on top.

The Sweet Treat blend was infused with the apples and also sprinkled onto the top of the pastry, creating a really tasty pie but also with a little less sugar than would usually be used. We will be adding the recipe along with the masala biscuits in the coming week
