We had a great time last week preparing for our spot in the Nottingham Cook Book.
The book will be out in early November and we will have copies you can buy directly from the site or if you see us at any events, we will have copies.
These will make great Christmas gifts, showcasing what’s going on in Nottingham’s food scene.
As always we will continue to develop our recipe library and are keen to have input from customer suggestions, or recipes your have tried with our blends.
We have plans for some winter warmers and Christmas minded recipes.
