Sazon Ramen Recipe

A quick, healthy dinner, packed with veggies and protein.  Take this Sazon Ramen Recipe to work for an impressive, tasty lunch!

INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil or Groundnut Oil
300g Prawns
1 Onion finely chopped
4 Garlic Cloves crushed
1 Red or Green Pepper roughly chopped
1 1/2 tsp Freshly Spiced Sazon Spice Blend
1 Sachet Miso paste- mixed with 300ml boiling water and whisked
2 Eggs
4 servings fresh egg noodles or a couple of Ramen noodle packs
2 Spring onions finely chopped
1 Red Chilli finely sliced
Fresh Coriander
Salt to season

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the prawns in a bowl and add 1.5tsp Sazon Spice Blend and mix well. Place a large frying pan or wok on a medium to high heat and add the oil and cook the prawns for a couple of minutes. Remove and leave to one side. Using the same oil add the onion, pepper and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Add the miso paste stock and a little extra water (approx 100ml). Keep cooking for a few minutes. Whilst these are cooking follow the pack instructions to cook your noodles. Once cooked add to the  wok with the prawns and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Cook egg: Boil the egg for an almost hard boiled egg to retain a slightly runny centre

Serve in large bowls and top with half a boiled egg, sprinkle with spring onions, coriander and red chilli.
