Use our natural peri peri spice to add some flavour to a range of foods. We used it to create a delicious summer meal. Chargrilled Chicken and Halloumi on the BBQ and seasoning added to skin on fries after being cooked. This Peri Peri Chicken, Chips & Halloumi Recipe is a dish everyone can enjoy.
Serves 4
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
4 Chicken breasts or thighs (skin removed)
3 Garlic cloves crushed
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tsp Freshly Spiced Peri Peri Spice Blend
200g Halloumi
300g Chips or Make homemade chips
Optional:
Salad to serve
Instructions
In a large bowl add olive oil, crushed garlic and 2 tsp Freshly Spiced Peri Peri Spice Blend, mix together before adding the chicken, stir and leave to marinate for an hour.
Meanwhile in another bowl place the sliced Halloumi and scatter 1 tsp Freshly Spiced Peri Peri and leave to marinate
For the Chips, Cook in oven or air fryer (according to instructions), once cooked add salt and the remainder Freshly Spiced Peri Peri Spice.
Pre heat the BBQ to 250C and cook the chicken for 10 minutes and halloumi for 2-3 turning occasionally.
