Kebab Recipe
Try our Fakeaway recipe for Kebabs. These simple, tasty Kebabs are made in 15 minutes. Works great with lamb, pork or even Quorn Mince.
Serves 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 pack of good quality minced lamb (approximately 400g)
1 Onion (preferably white)
2 tsp of Kebab Spice Blend
Small handful of fresh coriander
1 Lemon
Natural yogurt, parathas/ wraps and salad for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely slice the onion (you can put it in a food processor to get it really fine but I like a bit of texture)
Finely slice the coriander
Mix the lamb, onion, coriander and kebab blend together
Cooking:
Set Grill to Medium/High
Form lamb patties with your hands (almost thick sausage shaped) and slide onto oiled skewers
Place on a tray in a hot grill for around 10-15 mins, keep turning them every few minutes to prevent sticking and over cooking on one side
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve on a warmed paratha with yogurt, salad and squeeze the lemon juice over
Natural yogurt compliments it well
