Healthy Overnight Oats( Sweet Spice Blend)
Overnight Oats Recipe
Our healthy, protein packed breakfast with a subtle spice twist using our unique sweet blend. Quick and easy to prepare the night before. This is a great post workout meal, totally natural and a balanced source of protein.
Serves 1
Prep Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup milk
3/4 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
1/2 cup rolled oats
2tsp Sweet blend
Finish with chosen fruit and optional sprinkle of chocolate drops
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients (apart from the fruit and chocolate drops) in your chosen bowl
Often easier to add milk first, then oats, peanut butter and so on
Stir well to ensure all ingredients are combined fully
Place in the fridge overnight
The following morning, remove from fridge, stir and its ready to eat
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Nice to top with blueberries, kiwi, strawberries
Also nice to add a few chocolate drops
