Chicken Curry recipe
Looking for a simple chicken curry recipe? This is super easy, tastes great and doesn’t use loads of ingredients. Flavoured with our Garam Masala spice blend.

Prep Time : 15minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 Chicken breasts (can use other meat if preferred)
3 tsp of Garam Masala blend
1 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp natural yogurt
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1cm ginger (grated)
1 brown or red onion
1 fresh red or green chilli (depending how much heat you want)
Fresh coriander
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chop the chicken/ meat into bitesize pieces and mix with 1.5 tsp of My Garam Masala blend, leave to marinate for 1 hour
Finely slice the onion
Crush the garlic
Finely chop the chilli and the coriander
Cooking:
Heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large hot pan, add the onions and cook for a few minutes
Then add the chilli, garlic and ginger and continue to cook on a medium heat until soft, usually another 5 minutes
Reduce the heat slightly and add 1.5tsp of Garam Masala blend and stir (you can add a little water if it sticks)
Add the chicken and cook through, this should take around 10 minutes, keep stirring to prevent sticking
Add the tinned tomatoes and mix for 2 minutes
Followed by 4 tbsp natural yogurt and stir through, reduce the heat to low and leave to cook and thicken for around 10-15 mins. Keep stirring every few minutes. You can add another tsp of garam masala to add extra flavour
This is a good time to get the rice on
Just before serving add the fresh coriander
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve with Rice and Naan
Natural Yogurt compliments it well
