Fruity Prawn Salad Recipe

We love this Fruity Prawn Salad Recipe as it’s really easy to make, fully of fresh flavours and a great light bite or side dish for a BBQ.

Serves 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
300g Prawns, Raw or Ready to Eat
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 Lime
1 Lemon
1/2 Cucumber, peeled and diced
1 Mango, peeled and cubed
1/2 Red Onion, finely diced
1 Avocado, spoon out the centre and cut into cubes
Salt and Pepper to season
Add the cucumber, red onion, mango pieces, avocado and juice of the lemon and lime into a bowl, stir to combine fully
Set to one side
In a frying pan, add a little olive oil and once heated up add in the garlic and prawns and cook for around 8 minutes (less if ready to eat prawns).
After around 2 minutes of cooking sprinkle the Freshly Spiced Za’atar Spice Blend and stir through
Once cooked add the prawns into the fruity salad mixture and combine
Serve immediately, it goes great on a slice of fresh bread that has been lightly toasted
