Ingredients:
-
500g 5% fat beef mince
-
1 tbsp
Freshly Spiced Advieh Blend -
1 brown onion, finely diced
-
1 small courgette, finely diced
-
75g sweetcorn (canned or frozen)
-
100g frozen garden peas
-
100g pineapple chunks (canned in juice or fresh)
-
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
-
1 tsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
-
300g cooked egg noodles or rice noodles
Instructions
-
Brown the Beef: Heat 1 tsp of oil in a large wok or skillet over a medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and beef mince, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks for 4–5 minutes until browned.
-
Release the Spice: Add 1 tbsp of Freshly Spiced Advieh Blend. Stir continuously for about 1 minute to allow the spices to release their full aroma.
-
Sauté the Veggies: Toss in the diced courgette, sweetcorn, and garden peas. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp and bright.
-
Create the Glaze: Fold in the pineapple chunks, low-sodium soy sauce, and 2 tbsp water. Let it bubble for 2-5 minutes to form a glossy sauce that coats the beef and veggies.
-
Toss in the Noodles: Add your cooked noodles directly into the wok. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until the noodles are thoroughly coated in the spiced soy glaze and heated through.
-
Serve: Spoon into bowls and enjoy immediately while piping hot!
