Spice up your flapjacks with our Award winning Sweet Spice. This recipe is great to make with the kids and is a simple snack to make ahead for the whole week.
Makes approximately 10 portions

Bake Time: 35 minutes
85g brown sugar
4 tablespoons golden syrup
65g peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2/3 tsp Sweet Blend
480g rolled oats
Handful of Raisins/Sultanas
4 squares of dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 180c
Melt the brown sugar, butter, and golden syrup until fluid. Mix in the peanut butter, honey and spice until combined.
Add the oats and raisins/sultanas and mix well.
Add to a 9 inch round pan (or 9-inch square pan) bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Once cooled, drizzle the flapjacks with melted chocolate and leave to set before serving.
