Turmeric Energy Balls Recipe- Gluten Free, Vegan, Superfood Snack!

Looking for a way to add Turmeric in to your diet and also satisfy a sweet tooth? These quick and easy Turmeric energy balls are perfect.

With only 7 ingredients and under 10 minutes to make you’ll be making batches to fill your children’s lunch boxes (and yours too!!!!!)

Ingredients

12-14 Dried Date

1 Cup Porridge Oats

0.5 Cup Cashews

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

4-5 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest

A Teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Teaspoon of Freshly Spiced Turmeric

0.5 Cup of Cashew Powder for dusting

Instructions
Soak the dates in boiled water for about 5 minutes to soften, remove and save the water for later.
Blitz the 0.5 cup of cashews in a food processor to make Cashew Powder and set aside for later.
Combine all other ingredients in a food processor and blitz to form a dough, you can always add a little water from the dates if it’s too dry.
Form in to small bitesize balls and lightly roll in the Cashew Powder to finish.
