Add some spice to your Pasta Bake with this yummy Chicken Tikka Pasta Bake recipe.

300g diced chicken breast
100g cheddar cheese (grated)
1tsp olive oil
400g chopped tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 onion finely diced
20g tomato puree
5g fresh basil
1tbsp olive oil
Add the diced chicken to a bowl and drizzle with 1tsp olive oil and the Tikka Spice Blend. Mix and leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
Once marinated cook the chicken in the oven or grill for around 10 minutes, leave to one side.
Whilst the chicken is cooking boil the kettle and cook the pasta for 10 minutes.
In another pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, heat for a minute and then add the onion and garlic and soften for around 8 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar and basil and cook for around 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Once done you can take all three elements (the sauce, cooked chicken and pasta) and combine in a pan. Stir well to ensure everything is coated in the sauce. Transfer everything into a large baking dish, and ensure everything is evenly spread out. Scatter the grated cheese and place in a preheated oven at 200C. Bake for around 20 minutes, keep checking as you may want a little longer for all the cheese to melt.
