This Beef Keema Curry Recipe is really easy to create and goes great with a few of our spice blends allowing you to change the overall taste each time you make it. Our Beef Keema Curry Recipe also makes great leftovers.
400g Minced beef
1 Red onion finely chopped
2 Cloves of garlic crushed
1cm Fresh ginger grated
100g Frozen peas
400g Chopped tomato
Large handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a large saucepan and place over a medium heat. Add the red onion, garlic and ginger and soften for around 10 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes.
Then add in 1 tsp of Freshly Spiced Poudre De Colombo Spice Blend (or Garam Masala/Tikka Spice Blend) and stir through for 1 minute.
Now stir in the minced beef and cook for a few minutes until it has slightly browned, then add the chopped tomatoes, and half of the fresh coriander.
Season with a little salt.
Bring to a boil then simmer for around 15-20 minutes.
In the final 5 minutes add the peas and the rest of coriander. Serve with rice and Naan bread
