BBQ Crisps Recipe

BBQ Crisps
Our super quick BBQ crisp recipe provides a healthy snack option, can be made in batches and lasts for the week. Great with our homemade hummus recipe.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

2 potatoes spiralized or grated long ways

1 tsp BBQ spiced blend

2 carrots spiralized or grated long ways

Drizzle of olive oil


Place the peels between two pieces of kitchen towel, press down gently to remove any moisture

Place into a bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil and the spice

Mix well with your hands to ensure they are full coated

Lay everything as flat as possible on a baking tray and spread out to get an even cook

Place in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes, watch the edges to make sure they do not burn

At 20 minutes many of the crisps will be done, remove those and spread the remaining ones out, keep cooking and check every 2 minutes until they are all cooked and crispy
