Our Shichimi Togarashi Blend provides an authentic umami flavouring from Japanese cuisine. It is perfect to finish a dish adding heat, sweetness and saltiness, providing depth of flavour.
It is great used on soups, with udon noddles and also as a marinade. A little goes a long way.

Shichimi Togarashi comes in 25g packs, this ensures you get a really fresh spice to use at it’s best. We don’t want these stored in cupboards for many months.

Shelf life: Our spices are produced to be used immediately whilst really fresh, with this in mind we advise to use spices within 6 months, although the actual best before is closer to 1 year
