The Jerk Spice Blend is a mix of spices influenced from Caribbean flavours. The spice is great for a quick marinade on chicken or salmon. It is also ideal for BBQ’s on a range of meat, vegetables and tofu.
Cumin, fennel, black pepper, cinnamon, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, scotch bonnet chilli, ginger and cloves
Great on Chicken ,Salmon, Tofu and Quorn. Simply Add a dash of Soy Sauce and a squeeze of Lime Juice to our blend so you can create your own tasty marinade.
