Baharat Spice Blend

Baharat Spice Blend is Middle Eastern, the word Baharat means “spice”.  It is a mix of several warming spices to add depth and flavour to stews, marinades or even soups.

Often used as a condiment to replace salt and pepper, simply sprinkle a little on your meals to add complex flavours, it’s great to use as a finishing spice to enhance you meal.

Ingredients:

Paprika, Cumin, Black Pepper, Coriander, Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom, All Spice, Nutmeg
