Our Poudre De Colombo Spice Blend creates an authentic take on West Indian flavourings. This is an alternative to traditional curry powder, perfect for West Indian curry’s, stews and marinades.

Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Black Mustard Seeds, Cloves
