Warm Tofu Salad Recipe (Za'atar Blend)

A simple lunch, packed with protein and vibrant flavours from our natural Za'atar blend.

  1. 300g Tofu
  2. 1 1/2 tsp Za'atar Blend
  3. Large Handful of salad leaves
  4. 2 sliced Radish's
  5. 2 spring onions chopped
  6. 5cm Cucumber chopped
  7. Half Red pepper sliced
  8. 2 Pittas
  9. 1tsp Tahini (optional)
  1. Coat the tofu in the za'atar with a little olive oil
  2. Add to a frying pan with over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until lightly coloured
  3. In the meantime, combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and lightly season
  4. Lightly toast the pittas and cut in half
  5. Serve the tofu on top of the salad and drizzle with a little tahini
  1. Great to make pitta pockets with
  2. Can also squeeze some lemon juice over
